There is a partnership between farm and kitchen that is ancient and essential. The stronger that partnership, the more delicious and nourishing the food that it produces. At NewTree, we are so proud of and thankful for this partnership. Especially now, as Summer leads into Fall, we have the opportunity to cherish and preserve nature’s bounty. Over the last few weeks, our Farm/Ranch Manager David Rowntree and Chef Matteo Silverman have been busy jarring, drying, and fermenting a variety of herbs, fruits and vegetables in preparation for our guests this Fall and Winter.
